Kay. I restarted my ruby game cause it was all messed up rate my team 1- 10

I have 7 badges and am just about to try to get the eighth one.

put an electric pokemon and a ground type to compensate for the weaknesses. nuzleaf will get pounded by flying fire and ice pokemon. oh and level them up to about lvl 50 b4 heading farther.

6/10 add the recomended types and it would boost it to about an 8/10

If you are just a kid playing for fun, this team is decent, since it at least has good coverage of the types spectrum. (4.5)

If you are a serious player who participates in actual tourneys, this team is laughably poor in quality. (1)

Ruby has a multitude of AWESOME pokemon, which you should really consider getting. Here are a few:

Groudon

Flygon

Altaria

Salamence

EDIT: All right then, if you are serious, and want to contend in official tourneys:

SCRAP ALL THOSE POKEMON.

Seriously, besides Blaziken, you will find NONE of those Pokemon in ANY pros team- for good reason. There are just FAR too many good pokemon nowadays.

If you want a really good sweeper team, try this:

Blaziken, EV%26#039;d for Speed and Attack

Flygon, EV%26#039;d for Special Defense and Special Attack

Salamence, EV%26#039;d for Attack and Special Attack/Speed

Rayquaza, EV%26#039;d for Special Attack and Special Defense

Groudon, EV%26#039;D for Special attack and Special Defense

Altari, EV%26#039;d for Special Attack and Attack

It%26#039;s an ok team but try to level them up and catch either an electric or a grass pokemon before sootopolis because the gym is a water gym and the only pokemon you have that has an advantage is nuzleaf but it doesn%26#039;t have any move with an advantage. I would suggest getting either a chinchou or going to new mavuile and catching an electric type there. A tropius would also work but you already have a flying type.

I would rate your team 8/10 for two reasons,the first reason is you should focus on leveling your pokemon up to level forty or above so you have a advantage over your ext gym leader.The second reason is you should have another strong pokemon on your team to complete it...one like Salamence,Metagross or a rock or physic type of pokemon,they are great in battles and would fit in with your team too!
