use torrential tribute and replace negate attack with threatening roar, waboku, or a mirror force. heavy storm should also be in a beatdown deck and take out penguin soldier. if you can, replace zaborg with raiza or just put it in

is that even 40 cards? anyways add mirror force. instead of negating attacks with negate attack, why not just destroy them when they attack with sakretsu? because beatdown is about clearing the field and attacking, add some more cards that destroy monsters.
