If there are utrine contractions, would the fetus heart rate gets higher or should it be in normal rate between 110 and 160..?

that rate is average but a contraction will usually slow it down...but not much

I believe it would get higher. The baby would be excited and the heart rate should go up. Did you know that female heart rates are usually 20 to thirty beats higher than males. 120 - 150 for boys, 170- 185 for girls.

Fetal heart rate would rise due to the stress placed upon the baby during the contraction.

Increased pressure equals increased heart rate.

This should revert to a normal rate upon delivery - or during rest periods between contractions.

When I was having my daughter her heart rate slowed between contractions then recovered back to normal after it, usually a sign baby is distressed is when the heart rate slows but as long as it recovers after the contraction baby will be fine

i would make sense for it to get higher but everything i have read it says it drops slightly.

In a normal labour there should be no marked change in the fetal heart rate although it may accelerate and then return to normal at the end or soon after the contraction without it being considered abnormal.

If the heart slows at the end or just after a contraction it needs careful monitoring as it can indicate head or cord compression or lack of oxygen.

Fetal heart monitoring is huge subject and there is much more to it than this.

It can go up or down the midwife can then tell if the baby is destressed and whether to intervene

it should drop slightly but stay within a normal range

A fetal heart rate above 150 beats/minute or below 110 beats/minute for more than a few minutes requires further investigation by continuous electronic fetal heart rate monitoring. Any slowing of the heart rate by more than 15 beats/minute after contractions is also an indication for electronic monitoring.
