When I last renewed my Yahoo DSL, they charged me $26.95 for a year. They told me that it was the lowest rate they have - which was the same rate I paid the year before. My renewal is coming up in January again. I have had Yahoo DSL for almost 2 years. The people at the customer service center is not very helpful, so the more information I get I can provide them so they can better service me. I don%26#039;t want to continue paying the $26.95 rate when all my friends and families are getting the lower rate, even $12.99. It seems like they don%26#039;t treat their existing customers well.

Just call them and tell them that you are going to cancel. Most likely they will offer you the 19.99 deal. That worked for me.

Just do what we do, call them and ask them why they would give complete strangers a better deal than a good customer. Tell them you want the 14.99 plan or you don%26#039;t want DSL from them
