How do you best achieve target heart rate?

My resting rate is already in the mid 70%26#039;s ( i%26#039;m 28, 5%26#039;4%26#039;%26#039; and approx. 138lbs). I know that it%26#039;s best to work within a target heart rate however being that my resting is already high when i work out it shoots up quit a bit higher. The problem is that if i try to keep my heart rate lower when i work out i don%26#039;t feel like I%26#039;m working out at all. I guess I just don%26#039;t understand how the target heart rate thing works. Please help.

Do you use caffiene? I know for my wifes heart rate is higher when she has a couple cups of coffee each day, both her resting HR and where her HR goes while she%26#039;s working out.

Someone told me a year of so ago that I could workout, burn calories and loose weight without spending my entire workout at 85 percent. Thats all I ever new, crank it to the max and a good workout was one that made you sweat and feel it after you were done.

I tried the advise of this person, spending the majority of my time in the 95 to 110 hr area, walking, yes, after 35 plus years of running, walking. I didn%26#039;t get that burn from walking, actually felt like I was wasting my time on the treadmill but to my dismay. I was shocked, I began to drop weight, not fast, but steady. One of the big changes I noticed was that after working out at a lower HR I wasn%26#039;t as hungry and didn%26#039;t need to eat as often or much as when I was spending time at the hight HR areas. This person explained it this way. Imagine you have a funnel where all your energy passes through when you work out, when you begin to work out hard your body begins to call for more of your energy stores to pass through that funnel at a faster reate. You use up your limited stores of energy quicker and begin to feel fatigued, needing to replenish those supplies of energy---EAT more. If you workout at a moderate pace your are not calling for all those energy stores as quickly and you don%26#039;t feel as fatigued or in need of eating like a horse after your finished. That said I still do vary my cardio workouts spending less time in the higher zones.

I might be wrong...i%26#039;m not super work out champ. But Higher heart rate. is better cardiovascular Which is better for your body. Just if your heart explodes. Stop... your going to hard. :D

Target heart rate is just an estimate. It varies on the individual. An high heart rate means you burn more calories when you work out using high intensity cardio.

I would go with Riley, Amberlynn or Lorelai. However for Lorelai I think it is to many names because I am guessing you still have to add the last name since every name was not the same at the end. And 5 names is a lot for one person. As for boys they are all cute but Asher and Aiden are less common which is always nice.

Swapert: give it a something to boost its accuracy liek a wide lens

Slaking: slaking isnt to good, liek i no your running it with alakazam but then you will have to swap kazam after two turns and buy then it will be dead so replace slaking wiht some fast yet strong, try absol there are really high attack

Metagross: better go with slugde bomb, or even try earthquake(becasue thats wat myne hyas) but yeah its good

Sceptile: get rig of iron tail and dragon claw band but something like toxic and dragon pulse

Alakazam: it good but it could be better, try gettting rid of skill swap for futur sight or if it can drak pulse.

Charizard: get rid of flametrower for Dragon claw and stell wing for aerial ace.

adn if you got them of emerald i tell you how to clone

you have toi go into the battle tower deposit the pokemon that you want ot clone/max 5/ then save, then withdraw the pokemon and to talk to the battle tower chick on the far right and she will say, your progress must be save and the you say yes, then for like two seconds there will be a moment were nothing hapens and then wen she says to save, say no then turn off turn back on

Hmmm... I disagree with the one who said that Epiphones aren%26#039;t good - or alluded to that, anyway. I have an Epiphone hummingbird which actually sounds better than the Gibsons of it I%26#039;ve found in Guitar Centre.

That being said, I love Gibsons still, but Epiphones are a good way to go for good sound and a good price.

The distance travelled by the first car is 50x mi.

The distance travelled by the second car is 60(x - 2) mi.

Equating these two distances:

50x = 60(x - 2)
